Can I bring my child?

Must be 21 years of age or older

No one under the age of 21, including children in strollers accompanied by their parents, will be admitted to Festival events (with the exception of otherwise noted events).  Please bring valid government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport for proof of age. This policy is strictly enforced.

Where Can I Buy Tickets:

Tickets can be purchased online through Eventbrite and must be printed and presented at the event for entry. Tickets can be purchased at each event but are subject to availability.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. No Refunds, No Exchanges, No replacements.

All events, prices, performances, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final.  This ticket will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.

Will Call:

All tickets can be purchased online at Eventbrite and must be printed and presented at each event for entry. A Will Call table will be set up at each event to handle last-minute ticket purchases or problems, and tickets are subject to availability.

Parking:

All hotels offer valet parking and self-parking.

Is there assigned seating?

There is preferred seating set aside for VIP ticket holders only.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge?

No.

What items are prohibited from the events?

The following is a list of items that are prohibited at all Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival events.

  • Drugs
  • Weapons
  • Outside Food and Beverages including Alcohol, Cans or Bottles
  • Bags: Backpacks, Large Bags, Suitcases
  • Signs/Flags/Banners/Posters/Pamphlets
  • Tripods/Monopods, Laser Pointers  
  • Noise Making Devices, Fireworks, Flashlights
  • Laptop Computers, iPads
  • Skateboards/ Rollerblades, Beach Balls

Is smoking allowed?

No. State law prohibits smoking inside or within 20-feet of a building. Please seek designated smoking areas outside the event space.

Weather Conditions

Typical weather conditions on O'ahu in September feature blue skies, balmy breezes, temperatures in the 70s and occasional showers. 

Festival Organizer accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for event cancellation or interruption because of inclement weather or other acts beyond its control.  Festival Organizer does not refund for cancellation due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control.
